Gumroad is super easy!
Take a few screenshots of the space that you want to put up for sale, make sure that the page is set to public and duplication as a template is switched on (don't switch anything else on).
Open Gumroad, upload the screenshots, write a bit about what it is and what the person will get. Grab the URL for the page and paste it in, and voila!
