Hi,

I'm working on a CRM for Customer Success teams to use (not the traditional sales use case) and I want to create a new customer onboarding record in an Onboarding database every time an opportunity is closed won in another database. So the trigger is the change in status of the opportunity and the action is the creation of a new record in a separate database (its ok if it must be within the same database). What's the best way to approach this? With a formula or with an automation tool?

Thanks in advance!

Carina

There is no option to create content in other databases based in something else using Notion.

You need an external service like Make or Zapier for this to work and be automated as needed.
