Is there a way to copy text or a list in Microsoft Word and paste it into Notion?

It seems to paste as an embedded block when you simply try to cut and paste.

Make sure there are no url links when you copy & paste using Ctrl +C (Copy), and Ctrl +V (Paste).

Make sure you are “pasting plain text format” Or you can Imbed word docs.
