Laying out a block

I'm writing a glossary, a jargon file with one term per row. Can I create a view that lets me layout the fields on a page in a way that's more like a form? (vs the table-oriented look).

Note that there are blocks containing images, others containing text. Some are next to each other. The designer used "visual hierarchy" to focus attention.

In this case you will be able to use just the elements Notion has.

Maybe adding tons of images for borders, spacers, sections and have the necessary columns to arrange the content as you need.

It may get the look you want, but nothing like using a design app to create layouts.
