Can you elaborate on what you're trying to solve?

i.e. I want to create a new view tab with another relation from another database.

Else it's a bit hard to understand where you're stuck at. A screenshot would be helpful as well and how many databases you're working with.

Just tested it myself and pretty sure it's a bug specifically for Customize Layout.

No I can't fix it since I'm not from Notion.

I'm just a volunteer/ Notion consultant who helps to answer questions when I've the free time :)
