At the bottom of the column select SUM in the calculate options.

You misunderstood the question, he is not asking about the sum of all items. He is asking about the sum of the sub-items specifically, pay attention to the word he uses. How to get the sum of items - that's an easy question. But this is about SUB-items. See the screenshot the topic starter has shared
