How to change thumbnail of notion link preview?

So when I share the link of my notion to other people, it shows a thumbnail as well. I want to change it but I don't know how. It's not aesthetic as how it's supposed to be. Please help me immediately!

Add an image to the page content. The first image in the content will be used as a link preview.
