Is there a way to hide the Icon of a database entry?

In the table-view of a database I get fresh entries without an icon and as soon as I add data to the entry (or an icon) the icon is displayed before the title of the row... is there a way to hide the icon, so that all I see is just the database entry title?

PrintScreen detail

The only way is to remove the icon and if that is your choice, just avoid adding icons to Notion pages and that is it.

Thanks polle - I can get rid of the icons I place on purpose, but not the ones in the printscreen which get added automatically by notion, correct?

Notion does not add icons unless you add them manually or in a template, everything else comes empty.

The one in your image, just open te page and delete the icon.

When adding text to a DB entry, notion puts a little sheet of paper with writing before a database entry... (see link in my original post)

Those are pages with content and that is how you know when a page is empty or not.

I understand that, but there's no way to hide it, right?

Correct, that shows there is content inside the page, so you can identify them and know where you have content and where you do not.
