I noticed my site has this page with generic details:

On that sitemap.xml page, noticed the statement (line 2 at the top) reads:
<!-- Run notion build-front-sitemap to rebuild. -->

QUESTION: How, specifically, do I rebuild this sitemap.xml page? This process appears to need the location of my Notion site on my Mac. Where is that typically located? Please point me to any documentation or help you can provide.

You can't, everything in Notion sites is automatic and you do not have any control as a web environment.
