Why doesn't a custom AI block have access to databases? If I ask the AI to interact with a database or perform a process on it, it can do so, but the same prompt doesn't work within a custom AI block.

You would need to connect a block to a database to then perform AI prompts that understand the information and that does not exist in Notion.

Notion blocks are not connected to databases in any way, the only block element that can perform actions with databases is the button.
