It is there any way can link content block to database's cell? or sync statistics like column's sum to a block?

EG:
block:value

database:
name | prop1 | prop2
line1| 1 |
line2| 2 |
line3| 3 |
sum:6

how can I sync "sum:6" into the block value?

You can't share information between a Notion database and a block. Your only option here is to have 2 databases.

One of them can have a gallery view and show there only the "block:value" for example. That way the result can be similar.
