Can't upload images anymore (Error 400)

Since yesterday some of the images I had uploaded on my Notion are not showing anymore (images can't be loaded, error 400). Furthermore now whenever I try to add an image it shows the same error. What is the problem?

Or?

And which ones are not displaying?

Any kind of image. For example if I add /image.

It sounds like a Browser problem, not a Notion one.

I suggest:

1- Try desktop App.
2- Try Mobile App.
3- Try a different Browser.

That way you will be able to identify where is the problem.

For the Browser, try disabling extensions or reset the Browser itself. (cache and cookies)

By any chance you tried turning WiFi off? Just to confirm it also happens in any network.

Another thing that came up to me is size. It happens with any image size, small or big?

I even tried on another wi-fi network. Same problem. I tested both small and big files (all under the 5mb limit). Sometimes the image is uploaded, sometimes not, without any correlation to the file size.

If you try with images below 1MB it happens the same?

There you have it. The problem is the size of the images you are trying to upload.

But why should that be a problem if the size limit for an image should be 5MB?

If you are almost at 5mb can be the problem, I suggest using 4 or less and in case you need larger files, upgrade the Notion account to have no limits in file size.
