When I create a new table, the "tags" column seems to show pre-populated possibilities to pick from - where are they coming from?

I would like to see selective related items as possibilities based on the domain the table is about - is there anyway to curate the tag possibilities showing up?

New databases do have a default tags column, but it is empty and with nothing in it, so maybe you are duplicating another view.

There is no way to have tags based on something else, tags are assigned manually always.

You could try to automate things using something like Make or Zapier, but not directly in Notion.
