Hi!
In my company, I have several projects.
and projects have different workflow.
for that, I would need to configure a sequence of "status" different for each project. by "status" I mean the status of the task, such as "in progress", "in progress" and "completed"
Is there a way I can do this in Notion within the same teamspace?

Just create a new Status property in your Projects Notion database.

That will do exactly what you need.
