Question

Just paid to add a custom domain for a published Notion site, but verification never returns.

Confirmed 3 times, and with external DNS checking services, that the CNAME and TXT records are exactly as requested in the Connect new domain dialog.

How do I troubleshoot this??

Keep in mind DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours depending on the domain provider, so maybe it is working now or will in some hours.

Otherwise, as no one can confirm this unless you grant access to your domain setup, Notion support are the only ones that can help you.
