I am trying to make a form for employees and one of the questions has about 20+ options. How can I make it appear as a dropdown box? I have it as "select" in properties and it still appears as a list. It is insanely long when accessing the form on a smartphone. How can I fix this?

You can't. The Notion Forms fields available are the ones you see and you can't change that.

Maybe trying an external service works better for you, something like Tally or NoteForms.
