I am new to Notion but believe it can fill a huge need to organize a ton of critical and often used data residing on my Android cell. I have built a stable Data Management prototype but without the ability to incorporate existing data, its utility will be zero and entering the data piece by piece is out of the question due to the volume.

Although the mobile version has no data import capability, the desktop version does. If I could build the various databases needed, on the desktop, then plug them where mobile can find them, problem solved.

The options for today in Notion mobile apps you are looking for are:

  • Open, read, and manipulate a Notion desktop database. Yes
  • Import external files. No

Your option here is to import everything using the Notion Desktop app and done.

Hope it helps.
