I have a text field with line breaks (ctrl + Enter), but when I have the same property in another table (with Rollup), it doesn't respect the line breaks. Why? How to do it?

That is correct. Line breaks are not supported in Notion Rollups unless you use Board view. Maybe it is something implemented in the future for other Notion views.
