Relation to database with only 1 row?

Hi!

I'm a new user and have a database that contains only 1 row. It contains the offset for the user's Time Zone from GMT. In my case, it is (-5).

I have another database where each record needs to get that offset number. I struggled for a few hours yesterday for something that I would find simple in another software. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how the Relation/Rollup should be configured to get that single value from the other database?

Thank you!

You have to relate all the rows to pull all the information from the other databases.

If you relate only one item, then only one item will show the rollup info.

Can you please explain what you mean by "relate all the rows"?

I'm a new Notion user. The table where I need the relation has almost 500 rows. Do I need to manually relate these records to the single record?

Thanks!

Sure.

If you have 10 items in your database A and 10 items in your database B, after you create the relation, you have to select and actual item in that relation column, but not just the first one, you need to relate all of them as needed to display the information in the rollup.
