anybody create a template that works like mac reminders

I love using the built in Mac built in reminders app to manage my to do list; however, i'm going to be managing part of my life (my farm) in notion, and although i could just keep those two jobs separate, it sure would be nice to be able to have my life managed all in one place.

the thing that keeps me coming back to the reminders app is a lot is I use it to manage my tasks that originate in email and i can simply drag the email to the reminders app, make a few notes about what I need to do in order to respond, then click on the task which brings me back to the mail.

being able to drag and click back and forth helps me eliminate one more decision tree in my workflow.

most of the integration solutions are above my budget, like way above!

I use the Spark mail app and didn't know what you were talking about when you mentioned being able to "...drag the email to the reminders app..." so I tried it in Spark but it doesn't work.

So I fired up the Apple Mail app and voila! I see what you mean! Cool!

I tried everything I could think of to do something similar with Mail app in Notion but Mail is just too limited and won't even give me a link to a specific email message like Spark (or even Gmail) will. And you already know you can't drag from Mail app into Notion. You can do it with Mail and Reminders because they're both Apple apps and they recognize references to each other.

So...Short of switching to Spark, which does provide a link to each message that you could paste into Notion, I can't find a way to do what you want to do with Apple Mail and Notion.
