From a main, top-level page called "Business", I have all my business pages and db's nested within - contacts, communications, etc. I shared the databases, allow duplicate as template, editing, etc.

Now, I want to share this template with the public. Therefore, I don't want my data to be in there. I created a separate account, shared the template to check, and the data is still linked. I would like to disconnect the databases from the original account to allow me to clear out the data but leave the metadata, filters, etc.

How can I accomplish this please?

You will need to duplicate your Notion template first, remove or replace all the data and then share that new duplicated template empty or with dummy information.
