Why do members of a shared Workspace show up as Assignees in a different Teamspace?

Could someone help me understand how these spaces stay separate from one another? I have tons of different private workspace pages of different things I do, should I just share those pages (and subsequent subpages) on a case-by-case basis?

All added users will appear in your account, hopefully Notion changes how this works in the future.
