"Private" IS your personal space. No one else can see Pages you create or move to the "Private" section in the left column.

The actual answer to your question is: You can't.

Favorite, Teamspaces, Workspace, and Private are left column Sections native to Notion and you cannot remove or add Sections there. But you can collapse and rearrange them now.
