In a teamspace I have a project. I currently have a to do list based on the notion template.
When I take meeting notes, and add a to do list, I'd like it to populate that to do list.
Further, I'd like all to dos to populate my personal Teamspace with filterable to dos based on the project. How can I do this?

In your personal Teamspace, create a page dedicated to your to-dos.
Add a linked database view of the Master To-Do Database.
Use filters to show only tasks assigned to you and allow filtering by project, status, etc.
