Hello.

I want to ask if there is a way to disable auto replace e.g.:
(-) becoming a bullet list, (") becoming (“), 1. becoming a numbered list, etc.
Every time auto-replace happens I have to push ctrl+z to roll it back and that slows down my work a lot.

You can't disable that, it is not replacing the text it is Markdown.

It's used by Notion and you have more information in the help docs.
