URL Filters for a database

Is there anyway to put a database filter in URL parameters? I want to be able to point to, say, everything where category includes "Notion" without creating a whole view for that.

I don't think it's possible.

What's your usecase for this?

I can find a few examples but it is pretty common.

Lately I've been trying to nudge folks to do some cleanup, so I'll say something like "Hey {person}, it looks like you have 75 open projects that are more than 2 years old. Can you take a look and confirm that these statuses are all current?"

The lens changes (maybe I want them to look through the Planned projects and kill any that aren't still on our roadmap) but the general principle that I want to point people to a filtered view, but I don't expect to need to refer back to that filter again and again, is constant.
