Question
I really prefer pages with full width (I believe most people do), is there any way to permanently set it by default?

I believe so via some CSS. In Stylish, I added:
.notion-page-content {
width: 100% !important;
}
.notion-scroller > div > div {
width: 100% !important;
}

If you're using Notion on browser, you can install Notion-Boost extension to add extra tweaks like full width and small text for all pages by default.
