Question

Hi Everyone!

I got a situation where two business with theirs own workspaces, with tables, databases, content and a lot of content are merging each other... Now we need to merge the Notions as well, but how to do it?

There is no directly import / export and is a LOT of pages, data and content...

Some ideas?

There is no shortcut for this and you will have to do it manually.

For tables and databases try to match properties from both sides before copying and pasting, that way you can easily select all and paste from one database to another without loosing anything.

For pages and sub-pages you can just move the complete thing and just rearrange in the final Notion Workspace.
