table column headings

Is it possible to freeze the top row of column headings in a table so I can continue to see the headings as I add rows to a large table?

For that you will need a table database. Notion simple tables are intended to be that, simple, if you need a lot of rows then database is the way to go.

I already have it formatted as a database, not a simple table. I'd just like the column headings to appear when I add new rows of data.

Then I am not understanding. When you have a database with 400 rows and you scroll, the headings (Property names or column names) are visible all the time at the top.
