Question

Hi… How do you create a repeat task in a database to-do list? So once it is checked as done, it edits its due date to add a week or a year. Or it might create a duplicate entry with a new due date a year later.

I’d love to use N for my to-do list but can’t figure out how to make a task repeat. Thanks!

It is not possible to modify a property or add a new item when clicking done in a task.

You can try some automation with the Notion API and an external service to see if you can come up with a solution as you need it, but for a natural way, it is not possible.
