Hi

I'm very new to Notion and databases in general, so would appreciate guidance here.

Formula I'm trying to create is:

If "Published Date" is set, then change "Progress Status" to Published. ("Progress Status" has other states such as Draft, Editing etc)

Sorry, formula's can not change the data inside another property column.

You could use the formula as the status possibly instead. But that would depend on the criteria for the other status options.
It's not as pretty though. (unless you add emojis)
