I am a registered user. Another registered user shared a page which i can access but can't see any information (page and views are blank). How do we fix this? This isn't just me. 3 other users with whom the author shared have the same problem.
Hi, this is usually caused by the mentioned page being shared but not the parent databases it is displaying. I suppose there are linked database views on the page that are not visible.
The owner of the workspace needs to make sure to open the parent databases in their original location (not the view) and share those with you too. You are going to see everything then. Let me know if this solved it.
